Re: The Wetlands Bill – SB 368.

The Senate Committee on Natural Resources and Environment met on January 19, 2012. Senator Chris Larson proposed an amendment to SB 368 which would require the appointment of an advisory committee “to make recommendations to the department for identifying which wetlands or wetland types will qualify as exceptional wetland.”
