Since this story was first published in February, Scott Walker has continued the patterns of deceit, corruption, and vindictiveness described in the original article. Most noticeable is his failed effort to enact what would have amounted to a “Wisconsin State Secrets Act,” and his subsequent clumsy attempts to deny responsibility.
