The Department of Employee Trust Funds requests a supplement of $2,702,500 SEG in fiscal year 2012-13 from the Committee’s appropriation under s. 20.865(4)(u) to the department’s automated operating system appropriation under s. 20.515(1)(t) to continue its initiative to modernize and integrate agency operations.

Department of Military Affairs–Randi Wind Milsap, General Counsel, and Brett Coomber, Budget and Policy Manager
The Department of Military Affairs requests a supplement of $251,512 GPR in fiscal year 2012-13 from the Committee’s appropriation under s. 20.865(4)(a) to the department’s Emergency Management Services general program operations appropriation under s. 20.465(3)(a) to fund compensation payments to an injured emergency management volunteer.

Expenditure of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds for assessment and cleanup of leaking underground storage tanks pursuant to 2009 Wisconsin Act 2, Section 9131(1)(d).

Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation– Paul Jadin, Chief Executive Officer
The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation requested approval of a plan to allocate $25 million of economic development tax credits authorized by the Legislature in 2011 Wisconsin Act 4 under the 14-day passive review process pursuant to s. 238.303(1)(am). Due to an objection from a Committee member, this request is now before the Committee under s. 13.10.

Department of Administration– Brian Hayes, State Budget Director
The Department of Administration requests the Committee’s approval pursuant to s. 20.004(2) of updated summaries and schedules under ss. 20.005(1), (2)(a) and (b), and (3) prepared by the Department of Administration and Legislative Fiscal Bureau, which include the fiscal effect of all legislation enacted by the 2011 Legislature.
