Jason Huberty and Sue Trace provide courtroom solidarity outside the US Courthouse where Prof. Michael Kissick takes on DOA Secretary Mike Huebsch and WI Capitol Police Chief David Erwin for allegedly curtailing Kissick’s ability to exercise his First Amendment rights in the public forum otherwise known as the Wisconsin Capitol.
