Ardis Cerny, Chair of Community Activism for Republican Women of Waukesha County (RWWC), testified at the Assembly Committee on Election and Campaign Reforms hearing on February 6, 2012.
On the subject of “double voting,” Cerny stated: “I predict that when citizens find out that they can vote a second time… I think it will become a very big issue. If one side feels that the other side is sending people in to absentee vote and to vote a second time, they’ll start doing it… this could be a very slippery slope, and this would be mass chaos…”
“…we have to stop this ability to vote a second time with no repercussions on the citizen whatsoever if the clerk does not catch it.”
“Double voting is against the law.”

All this posturing is slight-of-hand, to distract voters from the real fraud — electronic voting machines that can be programmed to flip votes, that leave no auditable paper trail, and that cannot be trusted.
Slight-of-mind Ardis’ intellect sags more than her face.
